Grant Application

Please be sure to include the following information in your application:


  •            The legal name of individual or organization. 
  •            Background or historic information about applicant.
  •            The mailing address.
  •            Whether or not the organization is a 501(c)3 Charity and EIN,
  •            The names and titles of officers or board members.
  •            Financial Statements from 3 previous years, showing total annual income, costs and expenses.
  •            Contact person's full name.
  •            Phone number and email of contact person.
  •            Date of Application.
  •            Describe the nature of your project.
  1.                     Project Title.
  2.                     Give specific details defining the problem to be solved.
  3.                     Outline the implementation process and timeline.
  4.                     Estimate the anticipated results.
  5.                     Explain how you will evaluate the outcome of this project..


  •            Include a detailed budget indicating the amount required and how it will be used.
  •            Any other pertinent information.


If your application is approved, applicant agrees to maintain financial records of the use of the grant funds, as well as providing the results of your project.  Your are strongly encouraged to send us photos and videos chronicling your project.  The Allie Foundation reserves the right to use said materials in our social media and promotional materials.

Please allow up to three months for a decision on your application.  The foundation evaluates grant applications quarterly, afterwhich applicants will be notified of their application status.
